With over 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Roxanne has worked directly with CEO’s, board members, international clientele and senior executives.  Gaining a wide skill-set from technical positions to managing the execution phase of oil contracts, saw Roxanne’s high attention to detail, professional manner and well developed negotiation skills put to work.

Since that time, Roxanne has owned and managed her own retail store that employed 15 staff.  Gaining extensive marketing, business management and customer service skills, sees Roxanne as having a unique skill-set that Bourkes is proud to call upon.

Being digitally creative, having an eye for design and a passion for real estate, it seemed a natural transition that Roxanne would commence her role with Bourkes.  Bringing her vast wealth of knowledge and experience and working with Alan Bourke to further develop the Bourkes brand, is a role that Roxanne thoroughly thrives in.  The Bourkes team is very fortunate to have Roxanne by their side.
