Ok, let’s start with a few basic needs. What’s your

  • Budget or price range?
  • Preferred location(s) ?
  • Relocation date. (When are you planning to move?)
  • Length of tenancy (Do you want a 6 or 12 month tenancy?)

What sort of property are you looking for?

  • How many bedrooms do you require?
  • What features do you need? Air conditioning, built-in robes, ensuite, extra room for a home office?
  • Parking. Do you want a lock-up garage or are you happy with on-site group parking under a carport?
  • Do you have pets? (You will need to disclose this.)

Applying for a Property


Once you have decided which property you would like to rent, you’ll need to complete a tenancy application form. You can download an application form here, or collect one from our office. You can also request a form from the leasing manager at the property viewing appointment.

You will need to disclose some personal and contact details, and current and previous rental history information. We will require your employment and income details, and some identification. Your referees need to be readily available with current and correct business hours and after hours contacts to be provided. Please refer to your application form for specific information.

We also check the two national tenant internet databases (TICA and NTD) as part of our application process.

The application procedure is simply to confirm that applicants are able to pay the rent on time and keep the property clean, damage free and maintain the grounds to a high standard.
