With over 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Roxanne has worked directly with CEO’s, board members, international clientele and senior executives. Gaining a wide skill-set ranging from technical positions to managing the execution phase of oil contracts, Roxanne’s high attention to detail, professional manner and well-developed marketing and negotiation skills were put to work.
Since that time, Roxanne has co-owned and managed her own retail store that employed 15 staff. This opportunity allowed her to gain extensive marketing experience, business management and customer service skills, and gives her a unique skill-set that is of great value to her position at Bourkes.
Being digitally creative, having an eye for design and a passion for real estate, it seemed a natural transition that Roxanne would commence her role with Bourkes. Bringing her vast wealth of knowledge, depth of experience and having worked closely with Alan Bourke to develop the Bourkes brand, this is a role that Roxanne thoroughly thrives in.
